Would you believe that this boy grew up to be a hot model? Believe it or not - but the photograph is an actual image of Vietnamese model Chan Than San before he became famous.

I cannot even believe that they are the same person. I was pointing out the magic of plastic surgery. We know it is effective, but this makes even 200 Pounds of Beauty look realistic. I mean, you can still at least recognize people even if they get surgery, right? But this guy, I would not even say they were related. This is no April fool's joke either. 

Chan Thanh Son, an internet “hotboy” turned international model (and for a little while turned singer) has been denying rumors of being enhanced by plastic surgery since God knows when. These rumours have been spreading all over Chan Thanh Son-related-forums and have finally reached borders.

Chan Than San, who also has a Thai fanclub since his net idol days, is recently the talk of his country. Ok, that might be an over statement, but his so called “Before and After” pictures are popping up in Thai forums everywhere.  His surgical rumours were also discussed on Thailand’s  gossip radio e 94 FM. 

But that’s my point exactly! No matter how dramatically different his before and after pictures were, I don’t think its through the works of surgery. Seriously people… hair, makeup(yes even for guys), lighting, acne products, and of course photoshop could do anyone wonders, much less this “Chan Than San” guy.
